With a growing number of cyber-attacks worldwide, data security is something we take very seriously at Orchestra. As part of our continuous effort to ensure we uphold the highest security standards at Orchestra, we are making it mandatory for all users on Orchestra’s platform to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Protecting your business

MFA is an additional layer of security that enhances the login process beyond the traditional username and password. It requires you to provide two or more ways to identify yourself and verify it is actually you who is accessing your account.

There are two ways you can do this on your account with Orchestra. It can be done by setting up an Authenticator app, or through email.

How we’ll help you prepare

Whilst it will be mandatory from the 20th of February 2024, we encourage you to get set up sooner than that for a seamless transition. It’s really quick and easy to set up; simply follow the steps detailed in this Knowledge Base article.
